Despite the stormy weather, we had a great turnout at yesterday's penguin party. Thank you to all of Nina, Lila, and Arjun's little buddies (and their mamas and daddies) for coming to celebrate with us, and thanks to Nina and her mama for co-hosting! We had holiday crafts, lots of yummy treats, and best of all, collected quite a few stuffed animals and books for Project Night Night. It makes me happy to think that Lila and Arjun can play a role in helping homeless children feel more secure and comforted at night (especially given how difficult sleeping is for my little Lila baby).
