We are starting to establish an annual tradition - Lila and Arjun spend a week in sunny LA with dadima and dada, and N and I spend a week sleeping in, eating well, and having adult-to-adult conversations!
We spent 3 nights in San Sebastian, Spain, in a room overlooking the beautiful ocean. It is a beautiful, small historic town with amazing food - from traditional pinxtos (tapas) to a 3 michelin star restaurant.
Then 3 nights in Paris for great art, great sweets (see: Laduree macrons pic), and great shopping! We are already planning next year. My vote is for Egypt!
