the fresh snow was about 4 feet deep around the cabin - the kids are light and didn't sink in, but N and I had to find the packed snow to walk across
the snow was so deep - in some areas piled over N and my heads!

Some more photos from Tahoe! Lila loved playing with the snow, and got to go sledding, tubing, and ice skating. Next year we're planning to enroll her in ski school, and get her acquainted with snowboarding!
Arjun wasn't as into the snow (I think he is a beach dude at heart). His favorite activity was going into the hot tub with N.
There was a huge storm on our last day there, and thanks to N's frantic searching we found a great place to stay for a few extra nights until the weather cleared up. What an eventful trip - can't wait to go back next year!
