Whenever we are free, we like to go to the de Young museum for their Friday night events. There's always live music, often from other cultures, and a craft table for the kids. Its family-friendly and yet entertaining for grown-ups too. N's first stop is usually the bar.
Sometimes, they have a small dance area in the front, where Lila loves to join the other children who are dancing! Many little girls go in their finest dress-up clothes, and the last time we went, Lila and Arjun got dressed up in their Indian dress-up clothes in honor of the Balenciaga exhibit.
