Although we'd planned on a Hawaiian vacation for this year's spring break, a sudden work issue came up for N and we decided it would be easier on the family to cancel those plans. We rented a house in Healdsburg instead. Though the kids were disappointed, we all made the best of it and enjoyed splashing in the pool, exploring redwood forests, and having great food in town. We even stayed with some friends in Napa for a night, where Lila and Arjun got to share a room with the other kids and stayed up until 11:30pm! All in all, it was a wonderful spring break.
