venus williams served 120mph serves at the U.S. Open
Since N had some meetings in NY (and I'm between projects at work, and love/miss/want to move back to New York), I joined him for a week of bagels, friends, and some sidewalk dining.
I spent the week revisiting old haunts with college friends, and N even managed to get U.S. Open Women's Semifinals tickets for Friday. On Saturday, I had my first ever baby shower. Thanks for all of the cute presents, guys!
The best part of the week, though, was just hanging out with old friends, and getting to spend each night with N instead of sleeping alone in our big cold bed. It was a bittersweet last trip, knowing that it's the last time in quite a while I'll be traversing through NY without a stroller or baby in tow!
