N accidentally shut Skittles in the closet last week. We didn't notice anything until we heard a growl, followed by a crash, in the bedroom. She had been throwing herself against the doors! By the time we found her she had torn off a nail trying to get out.
After a trip to the emergency room, Skittles came home with a hot pink kitty cast and cone to prevent her from biting it off. The poor thing keeps licking the inside of her cone thinking she's cleaning herself. I guess its clear so she can't tell? She also has this hangdog face like "what did I ever do to you?"
Poor kitty!
