N had a surprisingly slow weekend at work, which meant that we got to spend the weekend together like most families, getting out of the house and enjoying baby-friendly outings. We went to brunch at a waterfront cafe in Tiburon, north of San Francisco, and then stumbled into a Windows Live Mother's Day portrait event and spontaneously decided to get our family portrait taken. Here are a couple of my favorite ones. Things are still pretty crazy, but feeling more manageable after such a great weekend. It was just what we needed.
