Lila is now walking like a pro (albeit a pro toddler). It is amazing to see how far she's come since her commando crawling days on the mat! We taught her a new game over the weekend that allows her to practice her new motor skills while refreshing her verbal skills. She loves walking to numbers or letters on the mat that we call out. Here she eats a cherry tomato while bumbling around, belly first. So cute!
Meanwhile, Arjun's starting to play (and drool) too. He has become a lot more interested in the toys on the exersaucer, and will sometimes even reach for or spin some of them. Exactly what Lila was doing a year ago! Of course, he's got an older sister to show him how to play these games, so I'm betting he will be playing the mat game even earlier than Lila.
