Arjun's feeding therapist advised us not to start him on solids until his bottle feeding behavior is back on track, but he is exhibiting all signs of readiness. He especially likes to stare at me whenever I'm eating, and tries to grab the food from my hands. We bought a little cupcake to celebrate his first half-birthday, and he managed to get a little taste (purely accidentally, I swear!)
I wish I could've captured his expression upon tasting chocolate frosting, but I was too busy sucking it off of his hands. Imagine if your first food was frosting. How much better can it get?
