As Summer ends and Fall begins, I've finally given up on our tomatoes. The carrot crop was great (see pics above - our last 3 carrots were Lila's height!) but alas the tomatoes never got beyond small, green marbles. I guess we just don't get enough sunshine for them. We've polished off the carrots, and I've planted Kale for the winter! They're already growing little purple leaves. Will post the results!
