39 weeks with bun #1
I've made it! 39 weeks with bun #2, so he'll be arriving a week earlier into the world than his sister did last year. After so many false starts, he is finally going to arrive as planned -- via repeat c-section. In about 30 minutes, we will be heading to the hospital with the suitcase that has been packed since I went on bed rest at 31 and a half weeks. I'm not too nervous, just glad that this time around I won't have to deal with the uncertainty and fatigue of a 50 hour labor.
I was trying to get in another night of good sleep last night but was so excited I stayed up thinking about him. Can't wait to introduce him to everyone!
