We rented a small cottage in Sonoma for July Fourth weekend (which also happens to be my 7th wedding anniversary weekend with N!)
It was steaming hot but a nice break from the July San Francisco Fog. We went to the small town parade, ate shaved ice, BBQ'd, and swam. All in all, an amazingly relaxing getaway less than an hour away from SF!
