Lila helping us set the table
After having a quiet Thankgiving last year, we decided to invite our family over to celebrate this year. Both N's parents and my mother (who will be staying with us for 6 weeks to help with bun #2) and my brothers were able to come up to San Francisco. It was quite a change of pace from my weeks of bedrest! Lila was a bit fussier than usual, with red red cheeks (we think her 6th tooth will pop out any day now). She didn't stay up late enough to enjoy the feast with us, but she did have some turkey and candied yams, even if it took many hours of cajoling to get her to do so! It made me feel better to hear my mom say that I was an extremely fussy eater as a child, since I turned out to be have such a great appreciation of food. Maybe Lila will be a little gourmet after all.
